By whole process of cooperation you will be lead by our project manager, who will ensure smooth process of realization. Whole project of the new logo will be disscussed on personal meeting or by form of conferencial call.
You will specify your requirements and tell us what are your expectations about new video. We will suggest ideal solution. Together we will agree video parameters as its style, length or graphics use and then we will prepare a price offer.
If you are satisfied with our price offer then we will ask you for payment of first third of total amount. As soon as the payment is credited to our account the realization of new video starts from preparations, through filming and post production to finished video.
Standardly one filming day is enough for us, exceptionally two. Within filming we will get a big database of shots, which we can then flexibly work with. Advantage of database is fact, that we are able respond to your eventual requirements regarding editing and content of the video. Unused shots can be used for new videos in the future.
Both sides should be prepared for the filming. We will provide with technique and finalyze the screenplay. We kindly ask you to be prepared for the filming, in that way, you would like to present yourself in the video.
Especially we recommend make the following preparation:
- prepare list of points that must not be missed in the video
- on the other hand think about what should not be visible in the video. For example it could be products and logos of your clients.
- inform individual departments about filming
- ensure your employees are dressed appropriately and keep OSH
Clean all area, polish all machines, throw out plastics bottles etc.
Once we arrive we need place with plug sockets where we can prepare our technique. During preparation of our technique which will take approximately 30 minutes, it is ideal time to final check of the filming agenda. After that the filming starts.
If we have agreed on aerial shots before, it is perfect to use morning sun which makes the best light. Then we will move to inner area of the company.
Our technique is small and compact therefore we are operational and flexible. Based on our experience we are able to handle all situations. We are really quiet at the working area so if it is not needed employees will not even notice us. If we need something from your employees we are able to contact and deal with them on our own.
We follow in advance agreed schedule or we proceed by company and processes chronologically. We record what we have already filmed and what follows. At the end of the filming we will check everything and discuss together so we all are sure that we are not missing any needed shot.
Filming day usually is pleasant variegation for all employees and all participators will enjoy it.
Once we have filmed all what we needed the next phase of project follows that is post production.
Due to the security reason we backup all obtained data that amount is in hundreds of gigabytes. According to the previous agreement we store the data for 6 months or 2 years.
Now we will go through all filmed material and choose the best shots. Thus the basic footage is created, which we have to further sort and process.
We will put together shots into appropriate order, edit for suitable length, tune their colorfulness and find suitable musical accompaniment for the video. To the rhythm of chosen music we are finalizing dynamics of the video editing.
In the moment when the video is ready from the bigger part, we will send it to you for preview and comments. Now you have the opportunity to intervene in the video and advice us for example where is good to edit order of the shots, which shot possibly delete or add and if the music is suitable for you.
If infographics should appear in the video, you will handover all necessary documents to us so we can fill it there.
We will go through your comments and ideas and edit the video according to them to meet your full requirements and satisfaction. At the same time we add infographics and animations.
During the second consultation you still have opportunity to intervene in the video for free and provide us with instructions for final editing and finalization of the video.
In this phase of cooperation is the video fully done and ready for handover and following use. We handover video including exclusive use license on the basis of payment of the remaining two thirds of total amount.
