For Japanese society Daikin Device Czech Republic s.r.o.we have created a job portal for recruiting new employees. To make it even more efficient for Daikin, we made the perfect production and recruitment video. This video reached the finals of the Recruitment Academy Awards 2017 and was ranked among the 25 best companies in the Czech Republic.
At the same time, ours was also awarded job portal for recruiting new employees, which won the TOP 5 best recruitment portals of the year award. CEZ became the winner, so the competition was really high!

"When we decided in March this year whether to embark on a project of new career sites, career videos and bring them closer to job seekers, what it looks like in our country, what awaits them, what benefits we offer and what current positions we have, not even in a dream it never occurred to us that in November we would be invited to Prague for the ceremony of announcing the Recruitment Academy Awards 2017, in both competition categories - “Best Career Sites of the Year” and “Best Career Video of 2017.”
The Recruitment Academy Awards is the third year in a competition that seeks to highlight the quality of the approaches to addressing candidates, brand building and other parts of HR marketing.
The overall winner was decided by a jury of members of the Recruitment Academy, led by Jan Mühlfeit - global strategist and former director of Microsoft Europe, HR marketing consultant Blake Wittman and last year's RA Awards winners - in the "Best Career Video" competition category. about Tipsport, in the "Best Career Sites" category, about Deloitte Czech Republic.
In the category for the best video of the year, we finally ranked among the 25 best companies in the Czech Republic. In the category for the best career pages of the year, we were awarded among the TOP5 companies, of which CEZ Group with its website www. kdejinde.cz. Congratulations on their victory!
