FILIPA was founded in 1998. The small company, which in the first years of its existence had only 5 employees, gradually became a company that employs almost a thousand people.
FILIPA is one of the most important employers of people with disabilities in the Czech Republic - we currently employ 450 people with disabilities. FILIPA is also a reliable business partner for leading Czech and international companies not only in the automotive industry - we mainly deal with logistics service, assembly and inspection of visible parts.
